      • Buy a domain through Clickmax

      If you do not have a domain yet, you can register one without leaving the platform. The purchase is handled by a partner platform — Clickmax is not the registrar, but it takes care of the connection for you.

      Before you start

      • Role: workspace Owner or Admin.
      • Have a payment method ready: the charge is made by the partner platform, separately from your Clickmax subscription.

      Step by step

      1. Open Domains and choose to buy a domain.
      2. Pick the project that will use it.
      3. Type the domain you want and check availability.
      4. Complete the purchase on the partner platform.

      A domain bought here already points at Clickmax — you do not need to configure DNS by hand, unlike a domain registered elsewhere.

      If it didn't work

      • The purchase does not complete: check the payment details on the partner platform.
      • The domain you want is unavailable: try another extension or another name.
      • The buy option is missing: check your role in no permission.
