  • Switch pipelines without leaving the board

Clicking Opportunities in the CRM menu opens the last pipeline you visited in this account. To go to another pipeline, click the current pipeline's name, to the left of the search box in the board toolbar, and pick the destination from the list.

This works for every role that can see pipelines. An Attendant only sees the pipelines they are part of.

    Switch pipelines

    1. In the CRM menu, open Opportunities.
    2. In the board toolbar, click the button showing the current pipeline name, to the left of the search box. The open pipeline shows a check mark.
    3. Click the pipeline you want to go to. Its board opens in the same place.

If your pipelines are organized in groups, the list is split by group, with ungrouped pipelines under No group at the end. With four or more pipelines, a Search pipeline... field shows at the top of the list — with three or fewer the whole list fits at a glance.

Create and configure from the picker

An Owner or Admin sees two actions at the bottom of the list, separated from it by a line:

    • New pipeline opens the same creation flow described in Build your first pipeline: from scratch or from a template.
    • Configure this pipeline opens the settings of the pipeline you have open — the same modal as General settings in the toolbar's gear.

Which pipeline opens when you click Opportunities

    • The last one you visited in this account, in this browser.
    • The first time, or if the last one was deleted, the first pipeline in your list opens.
    • With no pipeline in the account, the screen shows You don't have any pipeline yet with the New pipeline button.

The memory is per account: if you work in more than one workspace, each one goes back to its own pipeline.

    If it didn't work

    • Opportunities opened a different pipeline than expected → it is the last one you visited in this browser. Switch with the picker; from then on, that one is remembered.
    • A pipeline is missing from the list → your role cannot see that pipeline. An Attendant only sees pipelines they were added to; ask an Admin to include you.
    • New pipeline and Configure this pipeline are missing at the bottom → your role does not manage pipelines. See what to do without permission.
