  • What is the opportunity X-ray on the pipeline card?

In the pipeline, every card has a sparkle icon (✦) in its top-right corner, next to the priority. Click it to open the Opportunity X-ray: a side panel with the deal summary, so you can decide the next step without opening the whole opportunity. It replaces the old Deal insights panel.

    What the panel shows

    Top to bottom:

    1. Header — the opportunity title and, below it, the pipeline, the stage and the owner.
    2. Value · Chance · In stage for — three numbers in one strip. Chance is the probability you entered on the opportunity; if it was never filled in, the panel estimates one from priority, booked meeting, purchases and recent activity. In stage for turns orange when the opportunity has sat in the same stage for 7 days or more.
    3. Next step — a blue strip with the next task or booked meeting, with a View task / View meeting shortcut. With nothing booked, the strip turns orange: No next action, the date of the last conversation in Live Chat and a Create task shortcut that opens a task already linked to this opportunity.
    4. People in the deal — the linked contacts, with the Primary badge on the primary contact, their email or phone and the Temperature and Score pills of each one, in the same colors as the contact list. + Link opens the opportunity's contacts window.
    5. Fields — the filled custom fields, up to 5. List options show the label you read (not the code). Links, phones, emails and @handles get an icon and a copy button. With more than 5 fields, See all N opens the opportunity; with none, Fill in fields does the same.
    6. Primary contact purchases — purchases, average ticket, LTV and pages viewed in the last 24 h, for the primary contact only. The title changes to Primary contact has bought when there is a paid purchase. Zero values are shown in gray.
    7. What happened — the last 4 events of the opportunity and how many exist in total. Each line says what changed and who did it: for example, Moved to Proposal · from Qualification · by Ana or Value from R$ 0 to R$ 4,990 · by Ana.
    8. Max suggestion — a short recommendation (overdue closing, deal without activity, time to book the call, upsell). The use on WhatsApp link opens Live Chat on the primary contact. The section only appears when there is a suggestion.

In the footer, Open opportunity opens the full panel and WhatsApp opens the WhatsApp conversation with the primary contact right there, without leaving the pipeline. From it you can move on to Live Chat, and the Back button returns to this card.

    Where the panel opens

    • In the pipeline's kanban and list views, from the card's sparkle icon.
    • On mobile, the panel slides up as a sheet from the bottom of the screen.

    If it did not work

    • The panel shows Could not load insights. → click Try again. If it persists, open the opportunity from the card.
    • Chance is not what you expected → check the Probability field on the opportunity; the panel only estimates when it is empty.
    • The Score pill does not appear → Score is turned off in the CRM settings (Settings → CRM → Score).
    • The purchases strip is all zeros but the contact has bought → the strip looks at the primary contact only. Purchases by other linked contacts live in each contact's history.
