      • How do I add a quiz to the funnel?

      When you add a Quiz step to the funnel, the How do you want to start? window opens, with four options, one per row: From scratch, Connect an existing one, From a template and With AI. The last two are marked Coming soon and do not open anything yet. On both available paths, the step appears on the canvas and you stay in the funnel.

      Role: anyone with access to the funnel in the workspace can edit it.

      Before you start: the funnel must be open in the builder.

      Steps

      1. Open the funnel in the builder.
      2. Right-click an empty spot on the canvas (or use the toolbar +) and choose Quiz. If you dragged the connection from a step's trigger, the step is born connected.
      3. In How do you want to start?:
        • From scratch: name the quiz and click Create. The quiz is born Active, linked to this funnel and its project, and the step appears on the canvas. To build the questions, use the edit button on the step card.
        • Connect an existing one: pick the quiz from the list. Each card shows the name, the status (Active, Paused or Draft), the number of steps and of captures. A Paused or Draft quiz becomes Active when picked, so its public URL answers.
      4. The quiz step sits on the canvas with the Quiz completed exit, which you connect to the next step.

      If you close the window without choosing, no step is created.

      How to find the quiz in the list

      The Pick a quiz window has four controls, and it remembers the last two for next time:

      • The title is a selector. It opens on Quizzes in this project, the funnel's project. Click it to switch to All quizzes and see the ones from every project in the workspace. Quizzes that don't belong to any project yet (the ones created before the project filter existed) also show under Quizzes in this project; picking one makes it part of the funnel's project.
      • Search, by quiz name.
      • Grid or List: the grid shows the large thumbnail; the list puts one row per quiz, with a small thumbnail on the left.
      • Show all: off, the list only brings free quizzes. When quizzes in use are hidden, the note N in use hidden appears with a shortcut to turn the switch on.

      A quiz in use — linked to another step of this funnel or to another funnel — shows dimmed, with the reason (Already linked to another node or Linked to another funnel) and cannot be picked. A quiz belongs to a single funnel, and there is no quiz duplication here: to reuse it, change the quiz on the other step (or remove that step) and pick it again, or create a new one under From scratch.

      Change a step's quiz

      On the step card, open the menu and choose Change quiz. The same window opens, with the current quiz marked. Picking another quiz swaps the card's name, address and metrics; the exit triggers stay the same.

      If it didn't work

      • I can't find the quiz under "Connect an existing one": it may live in another project — click the Quizzes in this project title and switch to All quizzes — or already be in use: turn on Show all to see it dimmed, with the reason.
      • The quiz shows dimmed with "Linked to another funnel": it is already the entry point of another funnel. Change the quiz in that funnel, or create a new one under From scratch.
      • "From a template" and "With AI" don't open: they are marked Coming soon. Use From scratch or Connect an existing one.
      • I created from scratch and the quiz is empty: that is expected — the step is born with a quiz without questions. Use the edit button on the card to build it.
