Dashboard and reports
The Default dashboard is the summary of your operation: funnel, sales, opportunities, traffic, pages, leads and automations on a single screen. It lives in Dashboards, in the main menu, as the first card in the list of dashboards — every account starts with it, and next to it is the New dashboard card so you can build more.
Each part of the Default dashboard is a widget, as in any other dashboard: you can remove, reorder and resize them, and add your own metrics next to them.
Before you start: you need the Relatórios (Reports) permission to open Dashboards. Each widget also follows the permission of the area its numbers come from — without it, the widget shows the no-access notice and the rest of the dashboard keeps working. See roles and permissions.
How to open it
- In the main menu, click Dashboards.
- Click the Default dashboard card (the first one in the list).
To switch dashboards without going back to the list, click its name at the top of the screen.
Make it your own
- Remove a widget: hover it, open the … menu and click Remove widget.
- Reorder: in the same menu, Reorder cards; drag the corner handle to resize.
- Put a part back or repeat it: click Add widget and open the Overview category. It has each part of the Default dashboard as a widget, to use on any dashboard.
- Delete the Default dashboard: open the arrow next to New dashboard and click Delete dashboard. It is not recreated afterwards.
For a board with only the metrics you choose, create a new dashboard — see how to create a ready-made dashboard in Dashboards.
What lives here
Metrics by area
The Dashboard summarises; the deeper analysis lives in each feature's own area:
Automatic reports
You can receive a periodic summary without opening the platform. The setting lives in the account preferences.
