How to pick a ready-made template for your page
When you create a page you land on the Create page screen, with Clickmax's template gallery. The gallery does not show everything at once: it opens with a first batch sized to your screen, and you load the rest as you go.
Before you start: you need to be signed in to the workspace. There is no specific restricted role for creating pages — the full map is in roles and permissions.
Open the gallery
- In the menu, go to Marketing → Pages.
- Start creating a page.
- The Create page screen opens with the gallery and the line "Choose a template for your page below or use a blank page".
If you would rather not start from a template, use Create blank page, at the top right.
Narrow the list down to the right template
Use the three controls on the screen, in any combination:
Under Categories, All Pages brings back the whole gallery. Which categories are listed varies: a category only shows up when it has at least one template.
When you switch category, search, or reorder, the gallery starts over from the first batch — what you had already loaded does not carry over to the new filter.
Load more templates
Below the gallery, Showing 8 of 110 templates tells you how many templates are on screen and how many exist under the current filter.
- Click Load N more templates to bring in the next batch.
Nis the batch size that fits your screen. - Repeat as many times as you need: each click adds to what is already on screen, without starting over.
- When there is nothing left to bring in, the button gives way to There are no more templates to be shown.
While batches remain, the gallery fills complete rows and keeps the remainder for the next click — which is why the number in Showing can grow in steps that differ from what the button announced.
On a larger screen the gallery loads more templates per batch, because more of them fit per row.
Use the template you picked
Hover over the template card and pick one of the two actions:
- Select takes the template into your page creation.
- Preview opens the template in a new tab, so you can check the whole page before deciding.
On templates from higher plans, Select opens the upgrade notice instead of moving on to creation.
