  • Where are Attendants, Team, Booking pages, Connections and Playbooks?

Under Contacts & Commercial → Settings → CRM settings. The page opens with a side menu on the left; each item swaps the content next to it without leaving the page.

The old links to these screens keep working and land on the right section inside CRM settings.

    Open a section

    1. In the product's side menu, open Contacts & Commercial.
    2. In the Settings group, click CRM settings. The page opens on the first section your role can see.
    3. In the page's side menu, click the section. On mobile the menu becomes a row of buttons above the content.

    What each section does

    SectionWhat it doesWho sees it
AttendantsWorkspace attendants: who serves, in which pipelines and with what results.Owner and Admin
Attendant typesThe types used to group attendants and distribute opportunities.Owner and Admin
TeamService teams: members, distribution mode, availability and team booking pages. Clicking a team opens its page.Owner and Admin
Booking pagesYour booking pages (the same list as the Booking pages tab under Activities).Every CRM role
ConnectionsGoogle Calendar connection and the calendar's automatic actions. See Connect Google Calendar.Every CRM role
PlaybooksThe sales method written once and linked to several pipelines. Clicking a playbook opens its editor.Owner, Admin and Editor
My agentsThe AI agents that serve through your connected channels, plus the API keys. Clicking an agent opens its editor. See Create an AI agent with your own key.Anyone who can open Settings
Recording extensionConnect the Chrome extension that records meetings and revoke authorized browsers. See How to record a meeting.Every CRM role
InboxYour company's email mailbox (IMAP/SMTP) used for support, connected over IMAP and SMTP with an app password.Anyone who can open Settings, when the inbox is available on the account

The last three sections are the same screens as Settings → Accounts center: they stay there and now also show up here, next to the rest of the CRM setup. Setting one path up covers the other.

A role that cannot see a section simply does not find it in the page's side menu.

    If it didn't work

    • CRM settings is missing from the menu → your role sees none of the sections. See what to do without permission.
    • The page opened on Booking pages, not Attendants → it is the first section your role can see. Attendants, Attendant types and Team are Owner and Admin only.
    • I can't see Inbox → it only shows up on accounts where the support mailbox is available.
