  • How to find a contact inside a list or segment

In the Contacts tab of a list or segment, type the person's name, email or phone in the Search contact field. For finer cuts, click Filters and build conditions, just like in My Contacts.

Before you start — you need CRM access with permission to view contacts.

    Search for a contact

    1. Open the list or segment and go to the Contacts tab.
    2. Type part of the name, email or phone in the Search contact field.
    3. The table and the total next to it show only matching contacts.

    Filter the list's contacts

    1. In the Contacts tab, click Filters.
    2. Build the conditions the same way as in My Contacts. You can also use Load segment to bring in a saved segment's conditions.
    3. The button shows how many conditions are active, for example Filters (2).
    4. To see the whole list again, click Clear filters.

Search and filters only change what you see. Nobody joins or leaves the list because of them.

What applies to the filtered view

With a search or filter applied:

    ActionWhat happens
Export CSVExports only the contacts the table is showing.
Select all {total} → Remover da listaRemoves only the filtered contacts from the list. The others stay.

With no search or filter, both actions apply to the whole list (or segment).

    Copy a contact's email

Hover over the contact's row in the table and click the copy icon next to the email. The icon turns into a ✓ once the email is copied. It works in My Contacts, lists and segments.
