How do I add several offers to the webinar and set when each one shows up?
The builder's Offer step holds a list of offers, not just one. Each offer has its own price and button and enters the room in one of two ways: on its own, at a video minute, or manual only, when you publish it. Attendees see one offer at a time; in the control room you publish any of them on click, the moment you announce it on the video.
Role: any member with access to the workspace.
Add an offer
- Open the webinar, go to Settings and click the Offer step.
- Click Add offer. The New offer form opens.
- If the product already exists in the workspace, pick it under Select the product: title, prices, checkout link and image fill in on their own. You can tweak any field afterwards. The list shows every offer in the workspace; the ones not approved yet show up locked, with their status next to them (for example Em moderação), because checkout rejects offers that are not approved.
- Fill in the details:
- Checkout link: where the room button takes the attendee. It must start with
http://orhttps://. - Offer title and Description (up to 120 characters, shown under the title).
- Initial value (From) and Final value (To): the screen shows the calculated discount.
- Button text and Color.
- Checkout link: where the room button takes the attendee. It must start with
- Under Room display, choose How the offer shows up:
- Automatic: the offer shows up on its own. Set Show at (
min:sec, the video position) and Keep offer visible: Until the end of the video or for a Fixed time (in minutes). - Manual: the offer stays ready and only shows up when you click Publish in the control room. No time is asked.
- Automatic: the offer shows up on its own. Set Show at (
- Under Card features, turn on what you want. Both work for automatic and manual offers:
- Countdown (scarcity) and its duration. The countdown starts when the offer enters the room: at the scheduled minute or on the Publish click. When off, the card shows no countdown.
- Checkout QR code, for people watching on TV (needs the checkout link).
- Click Save offer. The offer goes to the end of the list. Manual offers carry the manual only mark in the list.
Each offer is saved right away, with that button. It does not go through the builder header's Save.
See the preview before saving
To the right of the form, Room preview shows the offer drawn by the webinar room itself, with the webinar's saved appearance. It changes as you edit, before saving. Use Desktop and Mobile to switch:
- Desktop: the large card under the video, with price, countdown, QR code and button, plus the offer bar at the top of the chat.
- Mobile: only the compact offer bar, above the host name. On mobile the room shows neither the large card nor the QR code.
Audience, chat messages and sales notifications are not in the preview: they depend on the session.
The preview shows on wide screens. In narrow windows the form takes the whole modal.
A webinar accepts up to 20 offers. Past that, the builder says The webinar accepts up to 20 offers.
Change the order
Drag the offer by the handle on the left (the six dots) to its new position. The order saves right away.
The number next to each offer is its position in the list. It matters in two places:
- In the control room, keys 1 to 9 publish the offer with the same number.
- If two offers start at the same second, the room shows the one lower in the list.
Edit, disable or delete
- Edit: click the offer (or the pencil). The form opens with the saved data.
- Disable: turn Offer on off in the form. The offer stays saved, gets the Disabled mark in the list and stops going to the room and the control room.
- Delete: click the trash can and confirm with Delete. The list closes the gap and the following offers move up one position. If that offer was on air in a live session, the control room goes back to the schedule right away and the offer leaves the room within about 15 seconds; the room then goes back to following the other offers' times.
How the room picks which offer to show
The room shows one offer at a time. With nobody touching the control room, each automatic offer follows its own time. Manual offers never enter on their own:
- The offer stays visible while the video is inside its window (from Show at until the fixed time ends, or until the end of the video).
- If two windows overlap, the offer that started last wins. When its window ends, the previous one comes back if its own window is still open.
- Each offer's scarcity countdown starts from the moment it started.
- Prices show with R$ in front, as in the form.
In the control room the host's click beats the schedule: Publish puts an offer on air right away, in place of the current one, and its countdown starts from the click.
Where offers show up besides the room
- Closing page: the offer block uses the first active offer in the list. See What do people see when they open the webinar after the broadcast ended?.
- Pixel and automations: the "reached the offer" moments count from the earliest time among active automatic offers. Manual offers have no time and do not count here. Whoever passes that time counts once per session, whichever offer was on screen.
- New session: the Offer item in the checklist shows how many active offers there are and when the first automatic one shows up. If all of them are manual, it says you publish them from the control room.
If something does not work
- "The webinar accepts up to 20 offers.": delete an offer before adding another.
- "The checkout link must start with http:// or https://.": fix the address; links without that start are not accepted.
- The offer does not show in the room: check it does not carry the Disabled mark. If it is manual only, publish it from the control room. If it is automatic, check the video already passed its Show at time. In a live session, confirm in the control room that the offer was not pulled back.
- Two offers show one after the other and I wanted just one: set Keep offer visible to Fixed time on the first, or set the second one's time for later.
- I cannot pick a product under "Select the product": the offer is not approved yet. Check the status next to it and follow it under Products, or fill the fields by hand.
- The preview stays blank: reload the page. If it keeps blank, the webinar room may be down right now; the offer still saves normally.
- An offer I deleted still shows for people already in the room: the room updates within about 15 seconds; background tabs only refresh when they come back to the front.
