  • See your revenue forecast by day, week or month

In the pipeline, open the Forecast view and pick Day, Week or Month in the bar above the columns. Each column then adds up the projection for that period.

    Before you start

    • Workspace role: any role with access to the pipeline. An attendant only sees the opportunities within their reach. See the permissions table.
    • Only open opportunities that have both a probability (0–100%) and a closing date enter the forecast. Without those two fields, the opportunity appears in no period at all.

    Steps

    1. Open the pipeline and, in the view switcher next to the search box, pick Forecast.
    2. In the bar above the columns, pick the column unit: Day, Week (default) or Month.
    3. Scroll sideways to move through time. The view always opens on the current period, tagged Today, This week or This month depending on the unit.
    4. Click any opportunity in a column to open it.

How each column total is calculated

The large number at the top of the column is the weighted value of the open opportunities in that period: each one's value multiplied by its probability.

An opportunity worth $10,000 at 50% probability enters the projection as $5,000.

Hover the value to see the period's average probability over the total open amount — for example, "44% of $44,444".

Below the value, the column shows how many opportunities are open in that period.

    Include won opportunities

By default the forecast projects only what can still close. Turn on Include won opportunities to also add what has already been won.

    • Won deals enter at their full value, unweighted — they have already closed.
    • With the switch on, the column header shows three lines: the weighted open amount, the won amount, and the period total.
    • Lost opportunities never enter the projection, switch on or off.

Which period an opportunity lands in

    Opportunity statePeriod it appears in
    OpenBy its expected closing date
WonBy its expected closing date; if that is empty, by the date it was won

Past columns that still hold open opportunities are tagged Overdue — a forecast that expired without an outcome.

    If the view looks empty

The No forecast yet message means no opportunity in the pipeline meets the forecast requirements. Check whether:

    • The opportunities have a probability and a closing date filled in.
    • The active board filters are excluding everything.
    • The pipeline only holds closed deals — in that case, turn on Include won opportunities to see them.
