  • Set up the copilot for the pipeline's meetings

In the Playbook tab of the pipeline settings you decide two things: which playbook the pipeline follows and which AI agent attends its meetings. What the copilot must never suggest is part of the playbook — written once under Contacts & Sales › Playbooks, and applied to every pipeline linked to it.

Role: workspace owner, admin or editor.

    Before you start

    Choose the pipeline's playbook

    1. Open the pipeline and click the gear icon to open Pipeline Settings.
    2. In the side menu, click Playbook.
    3. Under This pipeline's playbook, pick the playbook. Only playbooks with the Click Meeting scope are listed. To remove it, pick No playbook.

The Manage playbooks link opens the playbook list to create or edit one.

Choose the agent that attends the meetings

    1. In the same Playbook tab, go to Agent that attends this pipeline's meetings.
    2. Pick an agent from the list. Only active agents show up — drafts and paused ones are left out because they don't answer.
    3. To leave this pipeline's meetings without a copilot, pick No copilot.

Both choices are saved immediately — there is no save button on this tab.

    What changes in meetings

    • When scheduling a meeting from an opportunity in this pipeline, the chosen agent comes preselected. Whoever schedules can switch to another one or remove the copilot from that meeting.
    • The Script column of the panel shows the stages and questions of the chosen playbook, and the copilot receives the whole method — stages, tones and prohibitions — in its briefing. The copilot's rules still apply on top: it stays quiet most of the time and never makes up a price or a deadline. See Get suggestions during the meeting.
    • The playbook's prohibitions apply to the suggestions of every meeting in the pipelines linked to it, with or without a chosen agent.
    • Meetings already in progress don't switch playbook or agent midway. The change applies to the next ones.

    FAQ

The selector shows "Agent unavailable". What happened? The chosen agent was deleted or paused after being configured. Pick another one so meetings get a copilot again — while it is unavailable, they run without suggestions.

Where did the prohibitions I had on this tab go? To the playbook Clickmax created from the pipeline's old script, named after the pipeline. Open it under Playbooks: the list is in What the copilot must never suggest.

Do the prohibitions apply to voice calls too? No. They guide the copilot's suggestions in video meetings. On voice calls the attendant sees the stages and questions of the same playbook.

I changed the agent and the suggestions look the same. Check that the new agent is active and that the meeting was scheduled after the change: an invite created earlier keeps the agent from the time it was scheduled.
