How to sell through Ticto right on my page
Add the Ticto checkout block to the page in the editor and, in the right panel, paste the offer's checkout link. On the published page, the Ticto checkout shows inside your page and the buyer pays without leaving it. The sale arrives through your Ticto integration.
Before you start
- You need edit access to the page.
- The workspace needs an active Ticto integration, with the webhook registered in Ticto. If you don't have one yet, follow Integrate Ticto.
- Have the offer's checkout link from Ticto at hand, such as
https://checkout.ticto.app/O9F4CAC6A.
Steps
- Open the page in the editor, open the list of elements to add and, in the Checkout category, drag the Ticto checkout block onto the page.
- Click the block to open the Ticto checkout panel on the right.
- Under What you are selling, choose the Ticto account. With a single integration in the workspace, it's already chosen and the field doesn't show.
- In Offer link or code, paste the offer's checkout link and press Enter. The code alone also works: it starts with
Oand has 9 characters. Checkout links on a custom domain work too. - Under Checkout size, adjust the Height (px) if you want. Ticto doesn't report the checkout size, so it scrolls inside the block. The default is 1100 px, and the value goes from 600 to 3000 px.
- Save and publish the page.
With an offer pasted, the editor shows the real Ticto checkout inside the block, labeled Pré-visualização. You can't type or pay in the preview: clicking the checkout only selects the block.
Colors, logo, fields and payment methods don't change in the editor: they come from the offer's checkout in Ticto.
To move the funnel forward after the purchase
Ticto doesn't notify the page when the purchase is approved. After payment, it opens the thank-you page set on the offer. So:
- In Ticto, set the offer's thank-you page to the address of the next funnel step.
- Use an address on the same domain as the page with the block.
When Ticto opens that page, Clickmax takes the purchase as approved: if the page is part of a funnel, the buyer moves to the step linked to the Purchase approved trigger (or Upsell accepted / Downsell accepted). If no step is linked, they go to the offer's thank-you page.
- Thank-you page on another domain: it opens inside the block and the funnel doesn't move forward from the page.
- Pix and boleto: the funnel only moves forward if Ticto opens the thank-you page while the page is still open. The sale arrives through the webhook when the payment is confirmed. Use an automation with the Ticto triggers to reach the buyer.
The page pixel receives the approved purchase without a value.
What is passed to the checkout
The page URL parameters go on to the Ticto checkout: UTMs, src, sck and the fields Ticto uses to prefill the checkout (name, email, phonenumber, doc and zip). If a previous funnel form sends the buyer to this page with those parameters, the checkout opens already filled in.
Where the sale shows up
Every purchase made through the block arrives through your Ticto integration's webhook, like any other Ticto sale, and creates or updates the contact by the buyer's email. When the page was published after you added the block, the sale is also linked to the page.
If it didn't work
- The panel asks you to connect Ticto: the workspace has no active Ticto integration. Click Connect Ticto, create the integration and come back to the editor to click Refresh.
- "We didn't recognize this link" shows up: paste the offer's checkout link, such as
https://checkout.ticto.app/O9F4CAC6A, or just its code. - The checkout doesn't show on the published page: a block without an offer doesn't show to the buyer. In the editor it shows the Sem oferta selecionada warning; paste the offer link and publish the page again.
- The checkout looks cut off or has extra space: adjust the Height (px) under Checkout size.
- I duplicated the page or funnel (or it came from a template, pack or shared funnel):
- If the block's Ticto account belongs to your workspace, publish the copy.
- If the Ticto account belongs to another workspace, the block shows Sem oferta selecionada and the published page doesn't show the checkout. Choose your Ticto account, paste the offer link and publish again. This stops someone from selling to another person's Ticto account through a copied page.
- The buyer paid and the funnel didn't move forward: check that the offer's thank-you page in Ticto is on the same domain as the page and that the next step is linked to the Purchase approved trigger.
