      • Create a list from the contacts of the selected opportunities

      On the board's bulk action bar, open Outras ações em Massa (More bulk actions) and click Criar lista (Create list). Name the list and it is created right away with every contact linked to the checked opportunities — not only the primary contact. A contact in more than one opportunity is added only once.

      Before you start

      • Role: owner, admin, editor and viewer can create the list. An attendant can only if they are a coordinator; guests cannot. It is the same rule as creating lists on the Lists screen. See each role's reach in the permissions table.

      Steps

      1. Open the pipeline and, in the gear icon at the top of the board, click Habilitar ação em massa (Enable bulk action).
      2. Check the opportunities, or check the box in a stage header to take the whole column with the current filters.
      3. In the bar that shows up at the bottom, click Outras ações em Massa and then Criar lista.
      4. In Nome da lista (List name), type the name. You can also change the emoji next to it.
      5. Click Criar lista.

      With up to 200 opportunities, contacts are added right away and the notice shows how many were added. Above that, the list is created empty and contacts are added in the background — the progress shows up in the corner of the screen while it runs. Either way, the notice has an Abrir lista (Open list) button.

      The new list is a regular list: it shows up on the Lists screen, can be edited and does not update by itself when the opportunities change.

      If it didn't work

      • Criar lista is missing from Outras ações em Massa → your role cannot create lists (attendant without coordination, or guest).
      • Não foi possível criar a lista (Could not create the list) with more than 200 cards checked one by one → when checking card by card, the limit is 200 at a time. For more, check the box in the stage header.
      • Ação em massa não suporta seleção por … shows up → a Mais filtros (More filters) filter is active. Clear that filter or check the cards manually.
      • The notice says the opportunities have no linked contacts → the list was created, but empty. Link contacts to the opportunities and add them to the list from the Lists screen.
