      • How to make a button appear after a set point in the video

      In the editor, select the Player inside the video block, open Configurações de temporizador (timer settings), set the Tempo de início (start time), and pick the elements to reveal under Mostrar (show). This is what VSL pages use to unlock the buy button only after the visitor has watched part of the video.

      The countdown follows video playback, not time on the page: if the visitor pauses, the countdown pauses too.

      Before you start

      • You must be signed in to the workspace with edit access to the page.
      • The page needs a Video block with the video URL filled in.
      • The timer works with YouTube, Panda Video, and Vunel. For VTurb videos, use the dedicated VTurb block.

      Steps

      1. Open the page in the editor and click the video to select the Player.
      2. In the right-hand panel, open Configurações de temporizador.
      3. Under Formato do temporizador, choose how you want to enter the time: Segundos (seconds) or HH:MM:SS.
      4. Fill in Tempo de início with the point in the video where the change should happen.
      5. Under Mostrar, select the elements that should appear at that moment — button, banner, image. They stay hidden on the published page until the time is reached.
      6. For the opposite effect, use Ocultar (hide) to pick elements that should disappear at the same moment — a "watch to the end" notice, for example.
      7. Save and publish the page again. The change only applies to visitors who open the page after the new publish.

      How to test it

      Open the page's public URL in a private window and play the video. Elements listed under Mostrar appear once playback passes the Tempo de início; elements under Ocultar disappear at the same moment.

      Skipping ahead with the progress bar counts too: what matters is the playback position, not how much time has passed.

      If it didn't work

      • Nothing appears: confirm that Tempo de início has a value and that at least one element is selected under Mostrar. With no element selected there is nothing to reveal.
      • You changed the time and the live page looks the same: publish the page again. Editor changes do not apply to the version already online.
      • The button shows from the start: the element is probably not in the Mostrar list. Only elements in that list start hidden.
      • The countdown never advances: the video has to be playing. A paused, stalled, or still-loading video does not advance the timer.
      • The URL is not from a provider with timer support: check Configurações de vídeo → URL do Vídeo. Addresses outside YouTube, Panda Video, and Vunel have no timer.
