How do I review the moments where a meeting lost points?
Open the meeting report and click the Guided training tab. The player at the top walks through the moments where the score was left on the table: it plays the real meeting clip, shows What was said next to What would work better and ends with a training recap.
Before you start
- The meeting must be over and its report ready, including the stage-by-stage evaluation. Without it, the tab shows Training shows up once the report has the stage-by-stage evaluation.
- The meeting clip only plays the original audio when the room was recorded.
- Whoever sees the report sees the training: each person sees the meetings they hosted or joined, and workspace admins see the whole team's.
Watch the training
- Open Support, click Meetings and open a meeting under Past meetings.
- Click the Guided training tab.
- Click Watch. The training starts with the Opening, showing the meeting score and how many moments there are to review.
- For each moment, listen to the Meeting clip and then read the Mentor's correction.
- At the end, see the Training recap and For your next meeting.
The tab shows up to five moments, in the order they happened in the meeting. Below the player, How the conversation was led brings the pace, talk and listening panel for this meeting.
Control the player
- Watch / Pause — or the space bar or K.
- Progress bar — click or drag to jump anywhere. The marks separate the moments. The ← and → arrows go back or forward 5 seconds.
- Previous moment / Next moment — jump straight from one moment to another.
- Mute — or the M key.
- Speed — cycles through 1×, 1.25× and 1.5×.
- Full screen — or the F key.
On a narrow screen, such as a phone, the bar keeps only play, the time and full screen; the rest lives under More controls.
Add the mentor narration
Without narration, the stage shows No narration next to the step name and each card stays on screen for its reading time. The meeting clip plays as usual. To hear the mentor speak each correction:
-
Click Generate narration on the player bar. The narration has two parts — the script (what the mentor says) and the voice — and the cost depends on who can produce each one:
- AI agent with an OpenAI key in the room — script and voice both run on the agent's key, and the narration uses no credits.
- AI agent with an Anthropic key — the script runs on the agent's key, but the voice is Clickmax's: 92 credits, for the voice only.
- No agent in the room — script and voice are both Clickmax's: 100 credits.
When there is more than one way to pay, Clickmax asks before generating, showing the cost and your balance. When there is only one, the cost appears on the button itself. The amounts can change — what counts is the number you see before confirming.
-
Keep watching in the meantime. The line below the player shows Generating the mentor narration.
-
Once it is ready, the voice joins the training on its own.
The narration is generated once and saved: watching again costs nothing. If the report is regenerated and the moments change, the line The report changed after the narration. shows up and you can generate it again for the current moments.
If the narration did not come through
- Your balance doesn't cover the narration. — click Buy credits, or use an AI agent with its own OpenAI key. Nothing was generated or charged.
- The mentor's voice isn't available right now. — no credits were charged. Click Try again later.
- The voice provider is receiving too many requests. — no credits were charged. Try again in a few minutes.
- The room AI agent's provider is receiving too many requests. — no credits were charged. The limit belongs to the key set on the agent; try again in a few minutes.
- The narration took longer than expected and was stopped. — click Try again in a moment.
- The room AI agent's OpenAI key was rejected. — click Review agent and check the credential.
- The room AI agent can't generate voice. — check that the agent is active and uses an OpenAI key.
