  • How do I make a sales trigger fire for several products or several offers?

In the Sales and checkouts triggers (Purchase approved, Cart abandoned, Pix generated, Boleto overdue, and the rest), the filter has two modes: Product and Offer. Pick the mode and tick as many items as you want — it is no longer one per automation.

Role: any member with access to the workspace.

    Product or Offer: which one

ModeFires when the sale is of…Use it when
Productany offer of the ticked products, including ones created lateryou have a promo price, a bundle or a special offer of the same product and want them all
Offeronly the ticked offersthe filter is that specific offer, and a new offer of the same product must not be included

The difference is spelled out below the field, on the screen itself.

Ticking a product covers its future offers. If you create a promotional offer tomorrow, the automation starts firing for it without being edited. That is the main reason to prefer Product.

    Steps

    1. Open the sales trigger configuration — on the automation canvas, or in the External entry tab of a pipeline stage.
    2. Right above the field, pick the mode: Offer or Product.
    3. Click the field and tick the items. Search hits the server as you type and the list loads more as you scroll, so a large workspace is not limited to whatever showed up first.
      • Searching offers, each row shows the price and the product below the name — that is what tells two similarly named offers apart.
      • Searching products, the name is enough.
    4. To untick, click the item again.
    5. Save.

Making the trigger fire for any sale

Tick nothing. The field reads Any offer (or Any product) and the automation fires for every sale in the workspace.

There is one exception in the flow editor: publishing requires at least one product or one offer. Without it the automation would fire on every sale in the account, so the editor blocks publishing until you pick the filter.

    Switching modes

Picking Product clears the ticked offers, and vice versa — the two modes are alternatives, they do not add up. Tick the items again after switching.

    Where to check it stuck

On the canvas, the trigger card lists the chosen items, up to three; past three it shows +N more offers (or +N more products). In Product mode the card shows the line Any offer of these products above the list.

If the card still reads Click to configure, nothing was saved yet.

    Automations you already had

They keep working, no rework needed. An automation saved with a single offer now shows up with that offer ticked in Offer mode — just tick the others and save to widen the filter.

    If something goes wrong

    • An item shows up as "Unavailable item": the product or offer was deleted. The filter still works as it was; untick the item and pick another.
    • The automation does not fire on the sale you expected: check which mode the trigger is in. In Offer mode, a new offer of the same product is not included — switch to Product if the intent was to cover them all.
    • Two triggers in the same step fighting over the same offer: an offer already used by another trigger in the same step, with the same payment method, shows up disabled in the list. Use the existing trigger instead of duplicating it.
