How to sell through Stripe right on my page
Add the Stripe Checkout block to the page in the editor and, in the right panel, pick the Stripe account and the Price. On the published page, the buyer pays in the Stripe checkout without leaving your page. Once Stripe confirms the payment, the funnel moves to the next step and the sale arrives through your Stripe integration, linked to the page.
Before you start
- You need edit access to the page.
- The workspace needs an active Stripe integration with the publishable key and the webhook signing secret. If you don't have one yet, follow Integrate Stripe.
- The product and price must exist in your Stripe account. Tiered, usage-based and pay-what-you-want prices don't show up in the list.
Step by step
- Open the page in the editor, open the list of elements to add and, under Checkout, drag the Stripe Checkout block onto the page.
- Click the block to open the Stripe Checkout panel on the right.
- Under What will be sold, pick the Stripe account and the Price. Prices with the Subscription badge create a subscription; the others are One-time payment.
- Under Order bumps (optional), add up to 10 extra items the buyer can include in the checkout itself. They must all be in the same currency as the main price, and:
- with a One-time payment, only one-time items can be added;
- with a Subscription, one-time items or subscriptions with the same billing interval can be added.
- Under Checkout options, turn on if you want:
- Allow discount coupons: accepts the promotion codes created in Stripe;
- Ask for phone number: the buyer enters a phone number in the checkout.
- Save and publish the page.
With a price picked, the editor shows the real Stripe checkout inside the block, with the Pré-visualização (preview) badge, and refreshes it whenever you change the price, order bumps or options. You can't type or pay in the preview: clicking the checkout only selects the block. Each preview shows up in the Stripe dashboard as an open checkout that expires on its own in about 30 minutes and charges nothing. Colors, logo and fonts come from the branding settings of your Stripe account.
Prefilled email
When the page opens with the buyer's email in the URL (for example, from a form in an earlier funnel step, as ?email=), the checkout already shows that email. Stripe doesn't let the buyer edit a prefilled email: to use a different one, they open the page without the email in the URL. An invalid email is ignored and the field stays empty.
Name and phone are not prefilled; the buyer types them in the checkout.
Where the buyer goes after paying
- Card approved: the buyer stays on your page. If it is part of a funnel, they move to the step linked to the Purchase Approved trigger (or Upsell Accepted / Downsell Accepted).
- Bank authentication (3D Secure) or a payment that opens another page: the buyer comes back to your page and the funnel moves on as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
- Boleto, bank debit and other payments that settle later: the page shows that the order was received and the funnel doesn't move on. The sale arrives when Stripe confirms the payment.
- Payment declined: the Stripe checkout shows the reason and lets the buyer try again.
- No next step in the funnel: the page shows Payment confirmed! in place of the checkout.
The page pixel gets the approved purchase with the total paid and the currency.
Where the sale shows up
Every purchase made through the block arrives through your Stripe integration webhook and creates or updates the contact by the buyer's email. It is linked to the page where the buyer paid.
When the page is a funnel step, these sales count in Revenue and Purchases in the funnel's Analytics Mode, in the sale currency. See Which sales count in funnel revenue.
If it didn't work
- The panel asks you to connect Stripe: the workspace has no active Stripe integration. Click Connect Stripe, create the integration and go back to the editor to click Refresh.
- Incomplete integration shows up: the publishable key or the webhook signing secret is missing. Click Open Integrations and complete the integration. Until then, the block doesn't show on the published page.
- It says the key has no permission to read products and prices: in Stripe, edit the restricted key permissions and use Standard.
- The block shows Não foi possível carregar a pré-visualização (preview couldn't load): the message below it gives the reason (for example, the key lacks a permission or Stripe rejected the setup). Fix it in Stripe or in the block panel; the preview retries on every change.
- The price list is empty: the account has no active price the block can charge. Create a fixed price for the product in Stripe and open the list again.
- The checkout doesn't show on the published page: a block without a price, or with an incomplete or inactive integration, doesn't show for the buyer. Check the block panel and publish the page again.
- I duplicated the page or funnel (or it came from a template, pack or shared funnel):
- If the block's Stripe account belongs to your workspace, publish the copy: its sales are linked to the new page.
- If the Stripe account belongs to another workspace, the panel clears the block's price and the published page doesn't show the checkout. Pick your Stripe account and the price and publish again. This stops anyone from selling to someone else's Stripe account through a copied page.
- I changed the price and the buyer still saw the old one: the change applies after you publish the page again.
- The buyer paid and the funnel didn't move on: check that the next step is linked to the Purchase Approved trigger. Payments that settle later, like boleto, don't move the funnel from the page.
