Why don't the My Subscriptions totals match the table?
Because the total cards and the table load separately. The table always shows the latest data; the cards are recalculated at most once a minute. If a subscription was just created or cancelled, it can appear in the table row before it counts towards Total Subscription Revenue via Clickmax or Subscriber count.
The difference resolves itself: reload the page after a minute and the two will match.

How the screen loads
Two independent reads:
That's why the table appears first and the cards finish loading right after — it isn't an error.
Changing pages doesn't recalculate the totals
The cards cover the entire filter, not the page you're looking at. Going to page 2, changing the row count or sorting by a column only changes the table: the totals stay the same, because they keep summing the same slice.
To change the totals, change the filter (period, product, subscription status, and so on).
Average ticket changed value
Average ticket now sums the revenue from all paid charges in the slice before dividing by the number of active subscribers. It previously considered only part of the charges, so it usually showed well below the real figure. The other cards are unchanged.
If it didn't work
- More than a minute passed, you reloaded and the numbers still differ: check whether the filter period covers the subscription date — the table and the cards use the same filter, so a slice that excludes the subscription excludes it from both.
- Total Subscription Revenue via Clickmax sums the value of active and trial subscriptions, not what has already been received. For the net value after fees and commissions, use Net total.
- Trial subscriptions and Potential revenue only count subscriptions that have had no paid charge yet and have free days configured on the offer.
- An error blocked the action: check the Error codes.
