Error codes and messages
Every Clickmax error combines an HTTP code (the family of the problem) with a message (the exact reason). The table below translates the most common codes and lists the messages you are most likely to see, with what to do in each case.
Before you start. Permission errors (403) depend on your role in the workspace. The roles are owner, admin, editor, viewer, finance_only, guest and attendant. Restricted roles — guest and attendant (except an attendant with the coordenador sub-role) — cannot change lists or segments or export contacts, even though they can read them.
