  • English
  • "You do not have permission to perform this action"

Your workspace role can read lists and segments, but cannot create, edit or delete them, and cannot export contacts. Ask whoever administers the workspace for a role with write access — or for them to run the action for you.

    • Role required: anyone except Guest, and Attendant without the Coordinator subrole.
    • Plan: any. The block depends only on the role, never on the plan.

    What is blocked

These actions are denied for restricted-scope roles:

    • Creating, editing or deleting a list or a segment.
    • Materialising a segment into a list, and recounting members.
    • Exporting contacts (CSV).

Reading stays available, and so does tagging a lead into a list that already exists. An attendant can see lists and segments to filter and understand a lead.

    Who is blocked

    • Guest — always blocked. Does not manage lists, segments or exports.
    • Attendant without the Coordinator subrole. An Attendant with Coordinator has a broad view of the workspace and is not blocked.

    How to unblock it

    1. Check your current role with whoever administers the workspace.
    2. If you are an Attendant, ask to be promoted to Coordinator — or ask a colleague with a management role to run the action.
    3. If you are a Guest, ask for a role with write access.
    4. To see exactly what each role can do, see workspaces and invites.

    If it didn't work

    • You still get blocked after a role change: see what a 403 means in the error codes (Portuguese).
    • You are not sure which role to pick: compare each one in workspaces and invites.
    • You need attendants to see only their own leads: see attendant assignment.
