  • How do I export my tasks and appointments to CSV?

Under Contacts & Commercial → Activities, click the arrow next to New activity and choose Export CSV. The file has one row per activity — tasks and appointments — for the same cut the screen shows, using the current filters and search. It is generated in the background: when it is ready, the download link appears under Bulk actions.

    Before you start

    • A workspace role with CRM access. The Guest and Attendant roles (without the Coordinator subrole) do not see Export CSV — the same rule as the contacts and opportunities exports. See each role's reach in Roles and permissions.
    • The file only carries what you see on screen. If you only see your own activities, you only export your own.
    • This file is different from the activity history export, which lists everything that happened to contacts and opportunities.

    Step by step

    1. Open Activities in the CRM menu.
    2. Apply the cuts you want: All pipelines, Overdue, Filters and the search box. The file has the same activities the list shows — see Where do I see my tasks and appointments together?.
    3. Click the arrow next to the New activity button and choose Export CSV. The item is disabled when there are no activities in the current cut.
    4. The task Export N activities shows up in the tasks notice in the corner of the screen. When it finishes, click View details — or open Bulk actions and click the task in the history. Under Generated file, click the button with the file name (tarefas-e-agendamentos.csv) to save it.

You can keep working while the file is generated. It stays available under Bulk actions after the notice goes away.

The file carries both sections of the screen — Ongoing and Done — ordered by date (the task deadline or the appointment start, oldest first). Tasks without a deadline come last.

    What the file contains

Column headers are always in Portuguese. Every row carries every column below; what does not apply to the activity type comes out as -.

    ColumnWhat it means
    IDActivity identifier
TipoTarefa (task), Ligação (call), WhatsApp, Reunião (meeting) or Agendamento (appointment)
    TítuloTask title or appointment subject
SituaçãoStatus: Aberta, Agendada, Concluída, Cancelada, Confirmada, Realizada or Não compareceu
Data (prazo ou início)Task deadline or appointment start, in UTC (ISO 8601)
TérminoEnd of the appointment or of a task with a duration
Duração (min)Duration in minutes, when there is one
PrioridadeTasks only: no priority, low, medium, high or urgent
DesfechoPositive, negative or pending — the same reading as the Outcome filter
Observação do desfechoThe note recorded on completion; for a cancelled appointment, the reason
AtendenteWho owns the activity. For a task without an attendant, the opportunity's owner
Oportunidade, ID da oportunidade, PipelineThe linked opportunity and its pipeline
ID do contato, Nome do contato, E-mail do contato, Telefone do contatoThe activity's contact. For a task it is the opportunity's primary contact; ID do contato matches the contacts export, so you can join the files
Descrição / anotaçõesTask description or appointment notes
Link da reuniãoAppointments with a meeting link only
Data de criação, Última atualizaçãoWhen the activity was created and last changed

    Personal data in the file

The file contains the contacts' name, email and phone. Treat it like your contacts list: keep it somewhere safe and delete it when you no longer need it.

    If it didn't work

    • I don't see Export CSV → your role can't export (Guest, or Attendant without the Coordinator subrole). Ask an Administrator.
    • The item is greyed out → there are no activities in the current cut. Clear the filters and search.
    • The file has fewer rows than I expected → it follows the filters and search applied when you clicked. Compare the task number (Export N activities) with the on-screen total.
    • The file doesn't show up → open Bulk actions; large exports take a few minutes.
