How do I find a specific campaign in the Ads dashboard?
Go to Traffic → Ads and use the bar above the By Campaign table: the Search campaign, ad set or ad… field finds by name, and the Filters button narrows the list by status, ad account, funnel, objective or the period's metrics. The table shows 20 campaigns per page, and you change the sorting by clicking a column title.
Search, filters, sorting and page live in the page address. Copy the browser link to send that exact view to someone else.
Before you start
- A workspace role that reaches the Traffic area — see Traffic.
- At least one ad account connected and synced — see How do I connect my ad account to Clickmax?.
- The cards at the top (Spend, ROAS, and so on) and the By Funnel tab follow only the three selectors above them (Last 30 days, All platforms, All projects). Search and Filters apply to the By Campaign table only.
Step by step
- Go to Traffic → Ads and make sure the By Campaign tab is selected.
- To find by name, type in Search campaign, ad set or ad…. The list refreshes shortly after you stop typing. The search also finds campaigns by the name of an ad set or ad inside them — open the campaign with the arrow on the left to reach it.
- To narrow by another criterion, click Filters and then Add filter. Each row has three parts: the field, the operator and the value.
- Pick the field:
- Status —
is any ofActive, Paused or Archived. - Ad account —
is any ofone or more connected accounts. - Funnel —
is any ofthe workspace funnels, or identified / not identified to separate spend with a destination funnel from spend without one. - Objective —
is any ofthe objectives that appear in your campaigns. - Spend (currency units), Impressions and Clicks —
is at leastoris at mosta number, counted within the period selected at the top. Spend is typed in whole currency units, not cents.
- Status —
- Add as many rows as you need. They all apply at once: two Spend rows become a range, and two rows of the same field with
is any ofonly keep what is in both. - To sort, click a metric column title. The first click sorts from highest to lowest; the second flips it. Campaigns with no value in that column always stay at the end.
- In the footer, change page or pick 20, 50 or 100 rows per page.
- To go back to the full dashboard, click Clear filters, next to the Filters button.
What to expect
- The counter in Filters (n) shows how many filter rows are complete. A row with no value chosen neither counts nor affects the list.
- The footer shows how many campaigns match the view, not only the ones on the page.
- When nothing matches, the table shows No campaigns found. Check the search and the filters before suspecting the sync.
- Changing the period, platform or project at the top goes back to the first page, because the whole list changes.
- Opening a campaign shows all of its ad sets and ads, in the same order chosen in the column. Performance Max campaigns have no ads to open — that is a Google limitation, not a sync error.
