How do I simulate how much I can earn with Refer and Earn?
Open Refer and Earn → How it works and scroll to Simulate your earnings. The simulator estimates your monthly commission from two sources: the subscriptions of the accounts you refer and the sends (SMS, email, marketing WhatsApp and calls) those accounts make.
Role required: any workspace member can open Refer and Earn and use the simulator.
Steps
- In Plan your referrals subscribe to, pick the plan and choose Monthly or Annual. The subscription value shows right below.
- In People who subscribe through your link, enter how many accounts you expect to refer.
- In How many people each referral brings, enter how many accounts each of your referrals brings. Those accounts make up Level 2.
- In Contacts per customer, enter the size of each referred account's contact base.
- In Simulated sends, click a channel or Adjust sends to set how many sends each contact gets per month on each channel.
The result shows in Estimated commission per month, split into two cards:
- Level 1 · You refer: accounts that subscribe through your link.
- Level 2 · Your referrals refer: accounts your referrals bring.
Each card shows how much comes from Subscriptions and how much from Sends.
Reading the value
- The sends commission is calculated on the margin of the sends, not on the full amount the referral pays: each channel's cost and the payment fees are subtracted first.
- Each referred account's usage is calculated separately.
- With Annual selected, the annual cycle commission is divided by 12 only to compare with monthly. It does not mean it is paid every month.
- The value is an estimate, not an income guarantee. Prices, usage and customer retention change the result.

If it didn't work
- Your dashboard value differs from the simulation: the simulator uses a hypothetical scenario. Real commissions show in the Refer and Earn Dashboard.
- The total is zero: check that People who subscribe through your link is above zero.
