Members Area

The Members Area is where you host and deliver exclusive content — courses, communities and materials — to the people who buy your products. Each area holds its classrooms, modules and lessons, and each member's access is granted by purchase or by automation, with the option of scheduled release (on a date, or a number of days after their access begins).

Before you start

You need workspace access (any authenticated user can create and manage an area).
Creating new areas is subject to your plan's quota — once you hit the limit, the platform returns a quota error.

What you will find here

Build your first members area — create the area, add courses, modules and lessons, and publish the content.
Modules and lessons — how the content is organised and how the student reaches it.

Products — link the members area to the product the customer buys.
Automations — grant access, or react when a member arrives.
Contacts — follow who bought and became a member.

If it didn't work

You could not create a new area: you may have reached your plan's quota.
An error uploading a video or material: check the upload limits (Portuguese).
