      • Select every opportunity in a stage for a bulk action

      On the pipeline board, click Select and tick the checkbox in the stage header. The selection takes every card in that column the current filters show — not only the ones already loaded on screen — and the action bar applies your choice to all of them.

      Before you start

      • Role: owner, administrator or coordinating attendant. Other roles do not see the Select button.
      • If you use More filters (temperature, priority, tags, value range, dates…), tick cards one by one: column selection only accepts the search, owner, product, funnel and status tab filters.

      Steps

      1. At the top of the board, click Select.
      2. In the stage header, tick the checkbox left of the name. The bar counter shows the column total even while the list is still loading.
      3. In the bar that appears at the bottom, pick the action: Move, Owner, Tags, Export CSV, Delete and the others.
      4. Confirm in the action window.

      Clicking the header checkbox again clears the column. Ticking a single card replaces the column selection with a manual one.

      The order you picked for the column (for example time in stage) does not change which cards are selected — only the order they appear in. Keep any ordering and select the column as usual.

      If it didn't work

      • You see Ação em massa não suporta seleção por … → a More filters filter is active. Clear it or tick the cards manually and try again.
      • The counter differs from what you see → the column was still loading; the total comes from the server and is what the action will use.
