  • English
  • My email went out with the ClickMax logo. How do I use mine?

Every email that starts from the default ClickMax template — in a broadcast, in an automation email step, in a scheduling reminder, or in an email you asked the AI for — uses your brand: your brand logo if you have one, otherwise your profile photo, otherwise your name as text. The footer carries your name and the address registered on your account.

If the email came out with your name as text instead of an image, or with a footer without an address, those fields are empty on your account. Fill them once and every email created afterwards carries them.

Role: any workspace member can edit their own profile.

    Before you start

    • Emails already created are not updated — they keep the content from the moment they were created. After filling in the data, open the email in the editor and replace the image and the footer, or start a new one.

    Steps

    1. In the top right corner, open your account menu and click My profile.
    2. Under the photo upload area, upload the image that should appear at the top of your emails. Use your business logo rather than a personal photo if you want the emails to carry the company identity.
    3. In the Address section, fill in ZIP code, Country, State, City, Address, Number, Neighborhood and Complement. This is the address shown in the footer.
    4. Save and start a new email from the default template. The top comes with your image and the footer with your name and address.

A physical address in the footer is what providers (Gmail, Outlook) expect from a legitimate sender — an email without one is more likely to land in spam. ClickMax never invents an address: if the account has none, the footer carries only your name. When the AI is the one creating the email, it tells you in its reply that this data is missing.

    If it didn't work

    • An older email still shows the ClickMax logo: it keeps the content from when it was created. Open it in the editor, click the image and use the image picker to replace it.
    • The footer shows only my name: the address is missing on your profile — step 3 above.
    • The top shows my name as text, no image: the photo/logo is missing on your profile — step 2 above.
    • I imported ready-made HTML and it has another logo: imported HTML is kept exactly as you pasted it. Replace the image inside the editor.
