  • How do I read the product Dashboard numbers?

Every number on a product's Dashboard tab counts only that product's paid sales, with the same rule: the value is the sum of each sale's value and the quantity is the number of sales. The three blocks only differ in the date range they cover.

Role: the tab is available to anyone who can open the Products area. Details in Roles and permissions.

    What each block shows

    BlockDate range
Sales todayToday, in your browser's time zone. It does not change when you pick another chart period.
Sales in the periodThe range picked in the date selector of the Revenue over time chart.
Sales overallEvery paid sale of the product, since the first one.

In each block, Total Sales Value and Total Sales Quantity come from the same sales: if the period value is above zero, the period quantity is too.

    The Revenue over time chart

The chart adds up, day by day, the value of paid sales inside the chosen period. The sum of every day on the chart is the Total Sales Value (period).

When the Dashboard opens, the period starts on the first day of two months ago and ends on the last day of the current month. Change it with the date selector on the chart.

Why is the number different from my Wallet?

The Dashboard shows the sale value (what the buyer paid). The Wallet shows what you receive after fees and affiliate and co-producer commissions, so the values do not match.
