      • Integrate Hotmart

      Create an inbound webhook in Clickmax, paste your Hotmart account's Hottok and register the generated URL back in Hotmart. From then on, every event carrying an email creates or updates a contact (tagged hotmart), and approved purchases become sales in Clickmax.

      Before you start

      • Workspace role: Owner, Admin, Editor or Collaborator. Finance, Guest and Attendant have no access to Integrations.
      • Plan:
      • Admin access to your Hotmart account, to open its webhook tool.

      Step by step

      1. In Clickmax, open Integrations, explore the integrations and choose Hotmart under receiving data from another platform.
      2. In another tab, sign in to Hotmart. In the sidebar open the tools section and view them all.
      3. Open the webhook tool. Under authentication, copy the verification Hottok.
      4. Back in Clickmax, paste the Hottok into the token field, give the integration a name, leave the status active and create it.
      5. Clickmax generates a webhook URL. Copy it.
      6. In Hotmart, register a new webhook, paste the URL and configure which products and which events to send.
      7. Save the webhook in Hotmart, then finish the integration in Clickmax.

      The Hottok travels in the x-hotmart-hottok header of every delivery: if it does not match the token you registered, Clickmax rejects the delivery.

      If it didn't work

      • Nothing reaches Clickmax and Hotmart reports a failure (401): the registered token does not match your account's verification Hottok, or the integration's status is inactive. Check both.
      • The sale appears but the contact does not: events without the buyer's email are ignored — Clickmax needs the email to resolve the contact.
      • You cannot find the Integrations menu: your workspace role has no access. See no permission.
