  • How do I know my ad data is up to date?

Go to Traffic → Audit. The page gathers, on a single screen, everything that explains the numbers on the Ads dashboard: what has been imported, what each sync did with each account, who authorized the access, and which reports you can open with what exists today.

The list of ad accounts themselves — status, last sync, campaigns and spend for each one — lives under Traffic → Accounts. To act on a single account, see How do I sync or review a single ad account?.

    Before you start

    • A workspace role that reaches the Traffic area — see Traffic.
    • At least one connected ad account. With none, the cards read zero and the sync list is empty.
    • The cards and the authorization history cover the whole workspace. The account filter applies only to the Syncs list.

    Step by step

    1. Go to Traffic and click Audit.
    2. Start with Available reports: the cards summarize what has been imported and, right below them, each dashboard report gets a badge.
    3. If a report is Partial or Unavailable, the text next to it says what is missing.
    4. Scroll to Syncs to see what each request did, account by account. Use the Account and Platform filters to isolate what matters, and the pagination at the bottom to go back in time.
    5. On a Failed or Stuck row, click Try again to request a new sync for that account only.
    6. Under Authorization history, check who authorized each connection and what happened to it.
    7. Under Authorization diagnostics, click Run diagnostics when you suspect the platform is returning less than it should.

    Available reports

The cards at the top sum up what has been imported:

    CardWhat it means
Accounts syncingHow many accounts have sync on, out of all connected accounts. A connected account with sync off feeds no report at all.
Campaigns, Ad sets, AdsHow many items of each level have been imported.
Days with dataHow many distinct days have imported spend.
Spend rowsThe size of the archive: one row per item per day.
PeriodFrom the oldest to the most recent day with imported spend.
Most outdated accountHow long ago the account that is furthest behind last synced. That account — not the one that just synced — is what limits how much you can trust the whole dashboard.

Below the cards, each dashboard report gets a badge:

    BadgeWhat it means
ReadyThe report answers with the whole archive.
PartialIt opens, but leaves part of the spend out. The text next to it says how much.
UnavailableThe data it needs is missing; opening it now would show an empty table.

By Funnel is the one that most often ends up Partial. It only counts a campaign when the ad's link carries the tagging that identifies the destination funnel. A campaign without that tagging — or matched by name only, which stops working the moment someone renames the campaign — is counted among your campaigns but not in the report. To fix it, tag your ad links: see UTMs and funnel traffic tracking.

    Syncs

One row per account per request, grouped by request. Each block header says where it came from — Manual (the Sync button under Accounts, or Sync now and Try again on one account), Scheduled (the daily run) or On connect (the first import after authorizing) — the date, and how many accounts were included.

The list shows 50 rows per page, most recent first, and the total for the current filter appears at the bottom. A request with many accounts can continue on the next page, under the same header.

    FilterWhat it does
AccountShows only the syncs of one account. The list offers the workspace's accounts; if the one you want is not there, open its details under Accounts — the history is there.
PlatformShows only the accounts of one platform.

Changing a filter goes back to the first page.

    StatusWhat to do
QueuedThe request was accepted and has not started. Nothing to do.
RunningIn progress. If it says it is retrying, the platform rejected an attempt and Clickmax will try again on its own.
DoneFinished. The result shows how many items and how many metric rows came in, and the date range covered.
FailedFinished with an error. The reason appears in the Result column. Use Try again.
SkippedThe account stopped being syncable between the request and the processing — it was disconnected or had sync turned off. This is not an error.
StuckIt sat more than 15 minutes without finishing. Use Try again; if it happens again, contact support.

    Try again

Failed and Stuck rows have a Try again button. It queues a new sync for that account only — the same request as the Sync now button on the account's details — and answers right away with Sync queued. The outcome shows up as a new row at the top of the list, not on the old row.

The request is refused in two situations, and the message says which:

    MessageWhat to do
Esta conta já tem uma sincronização em andamento. Acompanhe pela auditoria. There is a Queued or Running request for the account from less than 15 minutes ago. Wait for it to finish.
Esta conta não pode ser sincronizada: ligue a sincronização e confira se a autorização está ativa. The account has sync off, is disconnected, or its authorization is expired or has no access. Fix it on the account's details under Accounts.

The Sync button at the top of Accounts covers every account with sync on at once. It answers right away, but the work continues in the background — this is where you follow the outcome.

    Authorization history

Every connection, reconnection and disconnection made in the workspace, with who authorized it on the Clickmax side and with which platform user. This is what you check when access drops and someone needs to be contacted.

One authorization covers every ad account the person reaches on the platform, which is why the history belongs to the workspace and not to an account. The authorization syncing each account today appears on that account's details.

    StatusWhat happened
    ActiveThe authorization is valid.
    ExpiredAccess expired. Reconnect the account.
No accessThe authorization is still valid, but the ad account is out of reach for whoever authorized it — for example, that person was removed from the Business Manager.
Replaced by a reconnectionSomeone reconnected and this authorization gave way to the new one.
Disconnected by the userSomeone clicked Disconnect inside Clickmax.
Removed on the platformThe person removed Clickmax from the platform's side.

    Authorization diagnostics

Checks, permission by permission, what the authorization actually allows Clickmax to read. It helps because the platform can grant less than was requested — whoever authorizes can uncheck items on the consent screen, and the connection keeps looking healthy until data goes missing.

It runs only when you click Run diagnostics, never on its own: each run queries the platform for real.

    If it did not work

    • The cards read zero, but I do have accounts. Reload the page. If it persists, contact support.
    • The page shows "0 accounts syncing" while accounts are connected. Sync is off on them. Open Accounts, click View details on the account and turn the Sync switch on.
    • A report is Unavailable and the cards are all zero. No sync has finished yet. Check under Syncs whether the last request failed and use Try again.
    • An account shows Authorization expired or No access. Reconnect it from Connect account, on the Accounts screen; the history already imported is preserved.
    • The Account filter does not list the account I want. The list shows up to 100 accounts. Open the account's details under Accounts: its sync history is there.
