Integrations connect external checkout and marketing platforms to Clickmax: when a sale or a lead happens out there, Clickmax receives the event and creates contacts, triggers automations and records the activity. Each platform has its own setup page.

Workspace role: Owner, Admin, Editor or Collaborator. Finance, Guest and Attendant do not see Integrations.

#How it works

Each platform sends an event (approved sale, refund, abandoned cart) to a Clickmax webhook URL. Clickmax translates that event into its own model — creating or updating the contact, recording the sale, and optionally firing an automation.

• Send leads from an external page — receive leads from any page, with no checkout.

#If it didn't work

• You cannot open or save the integration: see no permission.
• Sales arrive but no contact is created: check the contact limit (Portuguese).
• The webhook returns an error: see the error codes (Portuguese).
