  • Create a call playbook for the pipeline

The playbook is the script the attendant sees while calling a contact: supporting text, a call checklist with the points that must be covered, and attachments such as a price table or a presentation. It is configured per pipeline — each pipeline can have a different script.

    Before you start

    • Workspace role: owner, admin or editor to edit the playbook. Any role can see the playbook during a call.
    • You need a pipeline. If you don't have one yet, start with Build your first pipeline.

    Set up the playbook

    1. Open the pipeline and click the gear icon to open Pipeline Settings.
    2. In the side menu, click Playbook.
    3. Under Script, write the call's supporting text — opening, discovery questions, objection handling. The text is saved when you leave the field.
    4. Under Call checklist, type an item and click Add. Repeat for every point the attendant should cover.
    5. Under Supporting attachments, click Upload file to add materials such as a price table or presentation.

Everything is saved automatically on each change — there is no save button.

    Where the playbook shows up

During a voice call, the call window has two tabs in the main panel:

    • History — the contact's activity timeline, the same one you see on the contact page and on the opportunity, with channel filters (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, Call).
    • Playbook — the script of the pipeline behind the opportunity that originated the call, with the text, the checklist and the attachments.

In the checklist, the attendant ticks each item as it gets covered. Progress belongs to that call only — a new call starts with the checklist cleared.

If the call starts from the contact (not from an opportunity), Clickmax uses the playbook of the pipeline of the contact's first open opportunity. If the contact has no opportunity or the pipeline has no playbook, the tab shows a notice pointing to the setup path.
