Use a page you already built in another project
When you fill in a funnel step, Show my pages opens on the Funnel project. Switch the filter next to the search box to All projects — or pick a specific project — and any page in your workspace becomes a starting point. The page you pick is copied into the funnel: the original stays in its own project, untouched.
Role: anyone with access to the funnel in the workspace.
Before you start: the filter only shows up with Show my pages turned on. With it off you are browsing Clickmax templates, which belong to no project.
Steps
- Open the funnel in the builder.
- On an empty step, click Add content. If the step already has a page, open its menu and choose Replace Page.
- Turn on Show my pages.
- In the selector next to the search box, choose All projects or a project name.
- Find the page through search or Categories. Pages outside the funnel's project show the project name right below the page name.
- Click the card, then Select.
- Set the page address and confirm.
What comes with the copy
When the chosen page belongs to another project, the address screen shows the Page from the <name> project notice. The reason is the product: an offer belongs to a single project, and the copy is created in a different one. So the checkout block arrives with no product — pick the product again on the step, under Add Products or Configure Products.
Pages copied inside the same project keep their product, with no notice.
External pages
An external page is not copied: the step points to the address you registered. Since each external page belongs to a single funnel, it shows up blocked in the list when already in use, naming the funnel that uses it.

If it didn't work
- The page you want is missing: the list opens filtered by the step's category (a capture step shows capture pages only). Click All Pages in the categories column.
- The category counts don't match what's on screen: the counts follow the search. Clear the search field to see the full count.
- The project selector is missing: turn on Show my pages. It stays hidden in the template list.
- The copy opened with no checkout product: that is expected for pages coming from another project. Pick the product on the step and publish again.
