How do I export the sending history as CSV?
Open Messaging → Sending history, adjust the filters and click Export. The file is generated in the background: you follow the progress in the corner of the screen and download the CSV when it is ready, without staying on the page.
Before you start
- You need access to the workspace's Messaging area. See Permissions.
- The file contains personal data about your contacts (name, email, phone). Share it carefully and in line with data protection.
Steps
- Open Messaging and go to the Sending history tab.
- On the Messages tab, use the search, Status, Platform, Broadcast and Automation filters to narrow down what you want to export. The file honours exactly the applied filters; with no filters, it exports the workspace's whole history.
- Click Export.
- Check the number of messages shown and confirm with Generate CSV.
- Follow the progress in the notification that appears in the corner of the screen. When it finishes, click it to open the details and use Download to save the file.
If you close the notification or leave the page, the file stays available under Contacts → Bulk actions, on the row "Export N messages from the sending history".
What the file contains
Each row is one message sent (or attempted) to one contact. The columns, in file order:
Column headers are in Portuguese. The CSV uses a comma separator and UTF-8 encoding. When opening it in Excel, use Data → Get data → From text/CSV to keep accented characters.

If it did not work
- The Export button is missing: make sure you are on the Messages tab of the Sending history (the Webhooks tab does not export) and that you have access to the Messaging area.
- The export failed: open the details in the notification or under Bulk actions to see the error and try again. If it persists, see error codes.
- The file does not have the full message text: that is expected. The content column is a preview of up to 100 characters; to read the whole message, open the send in the Sending history.
