WebChat is the live chat widget you embed on your pages to talk to visitors in real time. Each widget is a channel, with its own position, appearance and pre-chat flow.

WebChat sits under Create → WebChat, alongside pages, funnels and forms. Any authenticated workspace member can create and edit channels — no specific role is required, and no plan is charged on the screen. In production the feature is in gradual rollout: if you cannot see the WebChat area under Create, your account has not been enabled for it yet. Organising channels by project is optional — a channel can exist without one.

    How it works

A channel produces an embeddable widget that appears in the corner of your page (bottom right or bottom left). Before chatting, the visitor can go through a pre-chat — the steps that collect a name, an email or other answers and turn the conversation into a lead. Conversations reach your team in the LiveChat, alongside WhatsApp, Telegram and the other channels.

In the channel list, each card shows Visitors — how many different visitors actually opened a conversation on that channel. Someone who only saw the bubble without clicking is not counted.

You can build the channel from scratch, from a ready-made template (support, sales and qualification, booking, cart recovery, customer onboarding, satisfaction survey) or by generating the flow with AI.

    Deleting a channel

Every card in the list has a Delete action. Before anything is removed, the platform asks for confirmation in a window that shows the channel name — the same confirmation used by the other Create listings. Once you confirm, the channel is removed and the widget stops working on every page it was embedded in, including external pages running the script. Deletion cannot be undone: to serve visitors there again you have to create a new channel and embed the widget once more.
