  • English
  • Where are a contact's details, tags and fields on the contact page?

The side column of the contact page is the same contact panel used in Live Chat. It opens on the Profile block, with details, channels, tags, lists, custom fields and origin. The other blocks sit in the grid right below the name. At the top of Profile you see the contact badges: Possible fraud, the email validation status and Subscription confirmed (double opt-in), when they apply.

Prerequisite: read access to contacts. Each block only shows for people with access to its data (for example, Purchases requires access to sales).

    What shows at the top

    • The contact's photo or initials and name.
    • Temperature, next to the name, and Score, on the right. Click either one to see what makes up the number — see Temperature score.

    The blocks

The grid groups the blocks in four rows:

    GroupBlocks
    Who they areProfile, History, Participation
    BusinessOpportunities, Purchases, Deliverables
    CommitmentsTasks, Meetings, Calls
    GuidanceAutomations, Max

Click a block to open it; the grid turns into a rail at the top so you can switch blocks without going back.

What is different from Live Chat

There is no open conversation next to the contact page, so:

    • The Playbook block does not show — the script is tracked per conversation.
    • The attendance panel (who is attending, priority, AI in the conversation) does not show.
    • Actions that send something in the conversation (send an offer in the chat, meeting reminder, call over WhatsApp) are hidden. Calls through the dialer are still available.
    • The conversation button next to WhatsApp, in the Profile, opens the conversation in a modal on top of the page, without leaving the contact or the opportunity. From there, View all takes the conversation to Live Chat.

To attend the contact, use Start chat at the top of the page: it opens the conversation in Live Chat, with the same panel beside it.

    In an open opportunity

When you open an opportunity on the kanban, the contact column on the left shows the same panel, already on the Profile block. Above it you still have the opportunity actions: open the contact in a new tab, the ⋮ menu to unlink the contact from the opportunity and, when the opportunity has more than one contact, buttons with each first name to switch profiles. Add contact stays at the bottom.

    Purchase metrics

Below the contact page header, the eight purchase numbers (products, purchases, LTV and average ticket, Clickmax and external) sit on a single row. Scroll sideways or drag with the mouse to see the rest. When external purchases come in more than one currency, the currency selector shows right above.
