  • Connect your Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar on the CRM Connections page to reflect bookings in your own calendar, import external events and use Google Meet links automatically.

    Before you start

    • Role: you must be Owner, Admin, Editor or Attendant in the workspace. Without one of those, the Connections page is unavailable — see no permission.
    • Plan: available on every plan — access is controlled by your workspace role alone.
    • Each connection belongs to one attendant. Connecting for yourself as Owner or Admin creates an attendant record automatically. Editors and Attendants need an existing attendant record; without one the CRM warns You must be registered as an attendant to connect calendar integrations. To connect on behalf of another attendant you must be Owner or Admin.

    Connect

    1. In the CRM menu, open Connections.
    2. If you are Owner or Admin, pick the person in the attendant selector.
    3. On the Google Calendar card, click Connect.
    4. You are taken to Google. Choose the account, sign in and confirm every permission requested — unticking any of them prevents the connection.
    5. Back in the CRM the card shows as connected and you see Google Calendar connected successfully!.

You have roughly 30 minutes between starting and finishing the authorisation at Google. After that the authorisation expires and you start again.

    Google authorisation errors

If the connection fails, the CRM shows Failed to connect Google Calendar. with one of the descriptions below. Find yours and follow the action:

    What happenedWhat to do

You did not authorise access on the Google screen.Connect again and click Allow.

    If it didn't work

    • The Google Calendar card is missing or the button is blocked: your role has no access to Connections — see no permission.
    • The connection failed with a message from Google: find it in the table above; for anything else, see the error codes (Portuguese).
    • Errors while syncing or using bookings: see the error codes (Portuguese).
