  • Filter the board's opportunities

The Filter button at the top of the board opens a matrix of ready-made cuts grouped into four categories, plus the Cohort section: the questions a sales team repeats every day. If none of them is what you need, the advanced filter is one click away and builds any condition.

    Before you start

    • Role: anyone who can see the board can filter it. The filter applies only to you and clears when you reload the page — it does not change what teammates see. Check what each role reaches in the permissions table.

    Use a ready-made filter

    1. At the top of the board, click Filter.
    2. Click the cut you want. The board filters right away and the modal closes.

The Filter button stays highlighted while a filter is on, with the number of conditions next to it. The cohort counts as 1.

Actions — what needs someone now

    FilterWhat it brings
No next actionOpen opportunities with no task scheduled — the ones that stop moving without anyone noticing.
Due todayWith a pending task due today.
OverdueWith a pending task whose deadline has passed.

Closing — when the money lands

    FilterWhat it brings
Closing in 7 daysOpen, expected to close within the next week.
Closing this monthOpen, expected to close within the current month.
Past due dateThe expected close date passed and the deal is still open.

Profile — what the opportunity is

    FilterWhat it brings
High priorityEverything marked as high priority.

Pace — how the pipeline moves

    FilterWhat it brings
Created in the last 7 daysWhat entered the pipeline in the past week.
Stalled for 15 daysOpen and unchanged for 15 days or more.
My opportunitiesOpportunities you own. Only shows if you are an attendant.

The cuts that look backwards — past due date and stalled — bring only open opportunities. Without that, every won or lost deal with an old date would show up in the list.

A pending task is one that still needs doing: both an open task and one that already has a scheduled time. It is the same rule that decides whether the card shows its next action — the Actions filters and the card tell the same story.

    Filter by attendant

The stacked faces at the top of the screen, next to Learn in 1 min, show who works in that pipeline. On smaller screens they sit in the board bar, next to the gear. Click them to see only the opportunities of whoever you pick.

    1. Click the faces (the button ends in All).
    2. Search by name in the search field, if you need to.
    3. Click one or more attendants. The board filters right away and the list stays open, so you can pick more than one.

While the filter is on, the button shows the faces of who you picked and their name (or how many) highlighted. To see everyone again, click Select all, at the top of the list.

    The list has two parts:

    • In this pipeline — whoever was added to the pipeline, even with no opportunities yet.
    • With opportunities, outside the pipeline — whoever is not in the pipeline but owns opportunities in it (for example, someone removed from the pipeline who kept their deals). It only shows up when someone is in that situation.

The number next to each name is how many opportunities that person has in the pipeline, in the status tab that is open (In progress, Won, Lost or All).

The attendant filter adds up with the ready-made filters, the cohort and the advanced filter: an opportunity has to match all of them.

    Add attendants to the pipeline

Whoever manages the pipeline sees Add attendants to the pipeline at the bottom of the list.

    1. Click Add attendants to the pipeline.
    2. Pick one or more people — you can search by name; only people not yet in the pipeline show up.
    3. Click Add.

Whoever joins the pipeline shows up under In this pipeline and can own its opportunities. To remove someone from the pipeline, use the board gear, under Configure attendants.

    Clear the filter

On desktop, while a filter is on, an × sits inside the Filter button in the board bar: one click and the board shows everything again, cohort included. On mobile, use Clear filter inside Filter. You can also:

    • click the highlighted cut again, under Filter;
    • use Clear filter, at the bottom of the modal (it clears the cohort too);
    • click Clear filters in place of a stage the filter left empty ("No opportunities match this filter");
    • click Clear filters in the action bar, when you selected a whole column.

The × in the Filter button leaves the attendant filter alone — for that one, use Select all, in the attendant list. Both Clear filters above clear everything, attendant included.

    Go to the advanced filter

Advanced filter, at the bottom of the modal, opens the condition builder: pick the field, the operator and the value, combine as many conditions as you want with AND / OR, and see the opportunity count before applying.

If you had already applied a ready-made cut, it opens with that cut's conditions filled in — you adjust on top of what was already in effect instead of starting over. For example: apply Stalled for 15 days, open the advanced filter and change the window to 30.

Which fields you can filter by

The field list is grouped; type in the search box to jump straight to a field by name.

    GroupWhat it covers
OpportunityTitle, value, status, priority, owner, source, referred by, is recurring, loss reason, and your workspace's pipeline and stage.
DatesCreated at, updated at, expected closing date, won at and lost at.
    PipelineFunnel.
    RelationsTag, attendant, product and offer.
TaskTask status, type and deadline, and whether there is an open task.
Custom fieldsThe opportunity custom fields marked as filterable.
ContactThe linked contact's data: name, email, phone, document, address, city, state, profession, gender, source and sub-source, birthday, created at, email validated at, temperature, score, is customer, LGPD approved, lead status and email status.
Contact · Social networksThe contact's Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram.
Contact · IDsSource funnel, went through funnel, list, source page, went through page, capture link, project and tag of the contact.
Contact · Quiz and FormsTook the quiz and filled in the form.
Contact · MessagesAuthorized channel, canceled channel, email consent and the conversation's intent, sentiment and urgency reading.
Contact · UTMUTM source, medium, campaign, content and term, plus src and sck.
Contact · PaymentTransaction status, type, date and code, cancellation or refund reason, external sale status, abandoned external cart, offer, product, currency, number of purchases, average ticket, last purchase value and date, and LTV.
Contact · SubscriptionStatus, plan, created at, recurrence and recurrence type.
Contact fieldsThe contact custom fields marked as filterable.

The groups starting with Contact look at the contact linked to the opportunity and are the same fields as the advanced contact filter, with the same operators. Some names show up on both sides (source, tag, created at, custom fields): what sits in a Contact group belongs to the contact; everything else belongs to the opportunity.

    Filter by the linked contact

The Contact groups hold the data of the contact linked to the opportunity. The condition applies to that contact: "Name contains Ana" returns the opportunities whose contact is named Ana; "Temperature greater than 70" returns the opportunities of hot contacts, even when the opportunity's own temperature says otherwise.

    1. In Advanced filter, click the field picker and search for the field by name. Contact fields sit in the Contact groups, after the opportunity fields.
    2. Pick the operator. On top of the operators for the field's type (contains, equals, greater than, is in…), the contact's text fields and custom fields also accept is filled and is empty; Temperature and Score accept already calculated and not calculated yet.
    3. Fill in the value and check the count at the bottom before you Apply.

Is empty also returns the opportunity whose contact never had that field filled in — not only the one with a blank value.

If the opportunity has more than one linked contact, one of them meeting the condition is enough for the opportunity to show up. With several contact conditions in the same group, each one is evaluated on its own: one contact may meet the first and another contact the second.

On a contact date field, equals covers the whole day. When you reopen the filter, that condition shows up as the two edges of the day (from and until), the same way it does in the contact filter.

Only custom fields marked as filterable and still active show up under Contact fields. If the field you are looking for is missing, review its setup under contact custom fields.

    Filter by cohort

To see only the opportunities that entered the funnel in a given month or week, use the Cohort section of the Filter opportunities modal, after Pace.

    1. Click Filter.
    2. Under Cohort, pick one of the last 12 months or last 12 weeks. The modal closes and the board filters right away.
    3. To see everything again, pick All cohorts.

The cohort adds to the ready-made cut and to the advanced filter: an opportunity must meet all of them.

    Frequently asked questions

Is the filter saved? No. It applies to your session on the board; reloading the page starts with no filter.

Does filtering hide opportunities from anyone? No. The filter only changes what you are seeing at that moment.

Why doesn't my custom field show up in the advanced filter? Either it is not marked as filterable, or it is inactive. Formula fields and the ones storing free-form JSON are out too — there is no way to compare a value that is computed at read time.

Why don't I see "My opportunities"? That cut depends on you having an attendant record in the workspace. Without it there is no "owner equals me" to filter by.
