  • Settings

Settings holds everything that applies to the whole workspace: account details, team roles, domains, tracking and the accounts behind each messaging channel. These are settings that apply workspace-wide, not to one funnel or one contact.

    Before you start

    • Role: most Settings actions (account, domains, team) require Owner or Admin. Write actions on lists, segments and exports are blocked for restricted-scope roles — Guest, and Attendant without the Coordinator subrole.
    • Plan: reaching Settings does not depend on your plan; some features inside it have per-plan quotas.

    What lives here

    • Roles and permissions — who is an admin, coordinator, attendant or guest, and what each can do. See workspaces and invites.
    • Email domains — authenticate a domain of your own to send messages. See email domain.
    • Tracking — the events Clickmax fires on pages, forms and checkout.
    • Messaging accounts — the connected channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, email). See Messaging.
    • Dashboard and reports — how the account is doing at a glance. See dashboard and reports.
    • Theme — switch between the light and dark theme. This is an individual preference, not a workspace setting. See turn on dark theme.
    • Integrations — connect external checkout and marketing platforms to bring sales and leads in. At the end of the Settings menu, the Integrations group leads to Explore integrations (the platform catalogue), Active integrations and Invoicing. See Integrations.

If an action looks blocked, the reason is in "You do not have permission to perform this action".

    If it didn't work

    • An action looks blocked for your role: see no permission.
    • You are not sure which role to give a colleague: compare what each can reach in workspaces and invites.
    • You hit an account limit (contacts, upload): see the limits and the error codes (Portuguese).
