      • Find out which flows send opportunities to a stage

      Not every automation running on a stage was created through Create automation. A flow built in the flow editor can also place an opportunity in a stage or react to what happens there — and until now the pipeline showed no trace of it. The Flows from the editor band, inside Automations, lists those flows stage by stage.

      Before you start

      • Workspace role: owner, admin, or editor. Without one of those, Automations does not open. See what each role covers in the permissions table.
      • You need a pipeline with at least one stage. If you don't have one yet, start with Build your first pipeline.

      Steps

      1. Open the pipeline in the opportunities board.
      2. Click Automations.
      3. Go through the stages. The Flows from the editor band sits at the bottom of each column, gray with a dashed border, and only shows up when there is something to list.
      4. Click a card in the band to open the flow and see what it does.

      In the Matrix view, the same flows appear in their own row, also called Flows from the editor, at the bottom of the table.

      What each card tells you

      Some cards carry an extra label naming where the flow came from:

      • Automation from another stage — the flow was created through Create automation on another stage of the pipeline and also drops opportunities into this one.
      • Created by Scheduling and Created by Webinar — the flow was generated by those areas of Clickmax, not built by hand in the editor.

      What you can do from here

      The band is read-only. These flows usually do much more than touch the stage, so the pipeline offers no pause, edit, or delete: clicking the card opens the flow, and that is where you change it. Automations created through Create automation keep their usual three-dot menu, in the colored bands above.

      If it didn't work

      • The Flows from the editor band shows on no stage → no active flow points at this pipeline's stages. Draft, paused, and deleted flows are left out.
      • The flow you are looking for is not on the stage you expected → check inside it which stage the opportunity step uses. The band shows the stage configured in the flow, not the one you had in mind.
      • The automation you created in Create automation is missing here → it stays in the colored band of its own type, above. Flows from the editor only lists what came from outside.
      • Automations is not on the board → your role does not allow configuring the pipeline. Check No permission and the permissions table.
