      • Shared Packages

      A package gathers ready-made funnels, pages and products into a single item that someone else imports straight into their account. It is the format producers use to hand affiliates a structure that is ready to sell.

      Before you start: creating and publishing packages requires the Owner or Administrator role. See roles and permissions.

      How the screen is organised

      The Packages area separates the two sides of the relationship:

      • My packages — the ones you created to distribute.
      • Imported packages — the ones you received from someone else and brought into your account.
      • Packages I am an affiliate for — the ones you joined as an affiliate.

      Create and publish

      The package creation modal

      1. In Packages, click Create package.
      2. Give it a name and a description — the description is what the affiliate reads before importing.
      3. Add the funnels, pages and products that make up the package.
      4. Under Publish package, click Validate and publish and wait for the result.
      5. Turn on Sharing. It only turns on once the package has a published version.

      A package can be published with warnings — these flag items that need attention but do not block distribution. An error blocks publishing instead: for example, a funnel whose checkout sells a product or order bump that is not in the package. Fix the flagged item and validate again.

      Whoever imports the package always gets the published version. Changes you make afterwards only reach new imports when you publish again. While the package has no published version, the import shows Este pacote ainda não foi publicado pelo produtor ("This package has not been published by the producer yet").

      Once published, you share the link and track how many affiliates imported it under My Packages.

      When you improve the material, anyone who already imported it can update the package to the latest version.

      Max Design pages

      A package can include Max Design pages, on their own or inside a funnel. In that case the whole Max Design project goes with it: the site code, the design guide, the references and the project knowledge. Your conversation with Max, the preview comments and the publications stay with you.

      The package keeps the project as it was when you added the item or updated the package. Changes you make in Max Design afterwards only reach new importers after you update the package.

      Whoever imports it gets a new project in their account, already connected to the funnel steps, and keeps editing it with Max. The pages go live when that person publishes the project in Max Design. The purchase links written into the site code stay the same as yours: the importer has to replace them with their own links before publishing. Their account needs access to Max Design to import it.

      Products and commission

      Products sold in the checkouts of the package's pages, standalone or inside a funnel, come into the package on their own, with the checkout offer and the order bump offers. In the offer list they show the From the checkout badge and leave together with their page or funnel. Whoever imports the package becomes an affiliate of these products, unless you turn sharing off: then that person sells their own offer in that checkout.

      The commission shown in the package is the Product commission. Editing it in the package changes the product commission, the same as on the product's affiliation page: every affiliate who follows the default commission, inside and outside the package, moves to the new value. Affiliates with a custom commission keep theirs.

      Package cover

      The cover is the image that represents the package on its card. To upload, change or remove it:

      1. In My packages, open the package.
      2. In the ⋯ menu, click Configure.
      3. Under Package cover, click the image area or drag the file onto it. To change it, do the same with another image; to take the cover off, click Remove cover.

      The cover is saved right away — no need for Save Changes. It accepts JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF up to 5 MB. Use a 4:3 ratio — that is the card format, and anything outside it is cropped. Removing it takes the image offline.

      Page images

      Each package version keeps a copy of the images and files you uploaded and used in its page content, plus the OG Image and the Favicon. Whoever imports it gets those copies in their own account, so deleting or replacing a file in your account later does not break pages that were already imported. Images hosted outside Clickmax, such as on another website, keep pointing to their original address.

      If it didn't work

      • Publishing returns warnings: review the flagged items before sharing the link.
      • Sharing does not turn on: publish the package first with Validate and publish and fix whatever blocks publishing.
      • Whoever imported it cannot see the product: check that affiliation is enabled on the package.
      • Publishing points to a checkout that sells a product left out of the package offers: add the offer to the package or change the checkout offer.
      • The create button does not appear: see permissions.
      • The cover does not upload: check the format (JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF) and the size (up to 5 MB). SVG is not accepted.
