  • Workspaces and invites

A workspace is your account's working environment; a project is the division inside it that groups funnels, pages, products and contacts. You can have more than one workspace, and each can hold several projects.

Before you start: inviting people and managing roles is Owner or Admin level.

    Workspace or project?

It is the same operation, another niche or campaignIt is a different operation, with a different team
The people are the sameThe people should not see what is on the other side

Watch the limits: your plan's limits and credits are shared across every workspace you have. Creating another workspace does not multiply your quota — it stays the same, now split.

    Inviting someone

Use the invite action and choose the person's role. The role decides what they see and can do.

Whoever receives the invite signs in to join the workspace. For support teams there is also the concept of an attendant type, which refines what each attendant reaches inside the CRM — see attendant assignment.

    Switching workspaces

The workspace selector changes the active environment. Projects and data do not mix between workspaces.

    If it didn't work

    • The invite does not arrive: ask the person to check spam and confirm the email address.
    • They joined but see nothing: their role may be restricted — see no permission.
    • You cannot create another workspace or project: check your plan's limits (Portuguese).
