  • How to move a funnel to another project

In the funnel list, open the card menu (three-dot icon), choose Move to project and pick the destination project. The funnel shows up in that project's list right away — no need to duplicate or rebuild anything.

Role: any user with access to the funnel in the workspace. See permissions by role.

Before you start: the destination project must exist in the same workspace. You cannot move a funnel into a project from another workspace.

    Steps

    1. Open Funnels.
    2. Hover over the funnel and click the three-dot icon on the right of the card.
    3. Choose Move to project.
    4. In Destination project, pick the project. The current project is preselected, and the button only enables once you pick a different one.
    5. Click Move.

The funnel leaves the origin project's list and appears in the destination's. With the All projects filter on, it stays in the list, now showing the new project name on the badge next to the title.

    What changes and what doesn't

    ItemMoves to the new project
The funnel and its project badge in the listYes
    Steps, connections and funnel settingsUnchanged
Pages used by the stepsNo, they stay in their own project
Automations linked to the funnelNo, they stay in their own project
    Published links and domainUnchanged

Pages stay put on purpose: a step can use a page from any project, and other funnels may be using the same pages. Moving the content along would break those funnels.

    If it didn't work

    • Move to project isn't in the menu: make sure you are in the funnel list. The card menu inside the builder doesn't have this action.
    • The Move button stays disabled: the current project is still selected. Pick a different one.
    • You get an error while moving: the destination project may have been deleted while the dialog was open. Close it, refresh the page and try again.
    • The funnel disappeared from the list: the list is filtered by the origin project. Switch the filter to the destination project or to All projects.
