  • Integrate Hubla

Create the integration in Clickmax, copy the generated integration URL and register a webhook in Hubla pointing at it. From then on every Hubla sale, refund, invoice or abandoned cart becomes a contact and an activity in Clickmax.

Role required: only Owner and Admin manage integrations. Plan required:

Before you start: have access to your Hubla account's webhook settings.

    Step by step

    1. In Hubla, open the webhooks area, go to its authentication tab and copy the token.
    2. In Clickmax, under Integrations, choose Hubla and paste the value into the token field.
    3. Give the integration a name and create it.
    4. Copy the integration URL Clickmax generates.
    5. Back in Hubla, go to the settings tab and add a rule.
    6. Fill in the fields and paste the URL into the URL field.
    7. In Clickmax, finish the integration.

Every Hubla event creates or updates a contact tagged hubla. Only an approved payment records a sale; refunds and declined payments move that same sale along. Expired invoices, abandoned carts and subscriptions arrive as activity only.

    If it didn't work

    • The contact does not appear: events without the buyer's email are ignored. Check that the Hubla checkout captures an email.
    • The sale does not appear, or looks duplicated: on orders with an order bump each product becomes its own sale, and the aggregate invoice is ignored on purpose.
    • Hubla reports a delivery error: check the token and the URL you registered.
