From capture to sale
You connect four features in sequence: a funnel captures the lead, the lead becomes a contact, it enters the pipeline as an opportunity, and it advances through the stages until the sale. This guide links each step to the page that details it.
Before you start
- Workspace role: Owner, Admin or Editor to walk the whole flow. Building the pipeline and its stages (step 3) requires one of those, or an Attendant with the coordinator subrole. Creating and moving opportunities inside an existing pipeline (steps 3 and 4) is also open to any Attendant who takes part in that pipeline. Collaborator and Guest neither create nor move opportunities. See the roles and permissions reference (Portuguese).
- Plan: available to workspaces with CRM access.
- Contacts count towards your workspace quota — see the contact limit (Portuguese).
1. Capture the lead with a funnel
Create the funnel that receives the traffic and collects the contact:
- Build the pages in funnels.
- Collect the lead with a form or with a capture link.
2. Confirm the contact
Every lead you capture becomes a contact in the CRM. Check it in Contacts. If you already have a base outside the platform, use import contacts.
3. Build the pipeline and create the opportunity
Create a pipeline with stages and add the contact as an opportunity: follow build your first pipeline.
To split the work across the team, see attendant assignment.
4. Move the opportunity through the stages
Drag the opportunity between stages as the negotiation progresses. To automate messages or tasks on each stage change, use an automation — start with your first automation.
If the deal does not close, mark the opportunity as lost: see lost opportunity.
5. Close the sale
Link the opportunity to a product and take the payment:
- Set up the product and the checkout in Products.
- Register the account that receives the money in seller registration.
- Track the result in Sales.
