      • How do I put my funnel live on my own domain?

      Going live has two halves that people routinely confuse: publishing the funnel (the content is ready) and connecting the domain (there is an address to reach it at). Both have to happen.

      Before you start

      • Role: Owner or Admin to touch domains; an Editor can already publish funnels.
      • A custom domain requires a paid plan.
      • If the domain is new, start early: DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.

      1. Get a domain

      2. Point the DNS and wait

      A domain bought through Clickmax arrives already pointed. An external domain needs a CNAME record at your provider, pointing at the address shown on the connection screen.

      While the DNS is not answering, the domain sits at Connecting. That is normal — do not redo the configuration every ten minutes, because each change restarts propagation.

      Once the domain is Connected, choose it on the funnel under Funnel Settings → Basic → Domain. Every page in the funnel then uses that address.

      An individual page can use a different domain, set under Page Settings.

      4. Publish

      Publish the funnel. Content that is saved but not published never reaches the visitor — it is the single most common cause of "my domain is connected but the page doesn't show".

      5. Test it as a visitor

      Open the final address in a private window, on mobile and on desktop. Confirm it loads, that the checkout opens and that tracking fires.

      If it didn't work

      • The domain never leaves Connecting: see my domain does not open.
      • Connected, but the page does not show: confirm the funnel was published and that the domain is linked to it.
      • The option to add a domain is blocked: the free plan does not allow a custom domain.
