  • How do I sell the same product at different prices?

You do not have to duplicate the product to sell it at different prices. The product is the delivery; the offer is the commercial condition. One product, several offers.

    Before you start

    When to create another offer

    SituationNew offer?
Campaign with a promotional priceYes — it keeps the revenue separate in reports
    Special condition for one partnerYes
Different price per audience (launch vs evergreen)Yes
One-off discount a customer asked forNo — use a coupon
Product with a different deliveryNo — that is a different product

    1. Create the additional offer

On the same product, create another offer with its own price and payment method. Name it so you still recognise it in a report — "offer 2" says nothing three months from now.

    2. One checkout per offer

Every offer generates its own checkout. Wire the right checkout to the right page of the funnel — sending promotional traffic to the full-price offer is the most expensive mistake here.

    3. Keep it coherent

If two offers for the same product sit at different prices, are reachable at the same time and the audience notices, you will get refund requests. Promotional offers should live on specific pages and have a deadline.

    4. Track them separately

In Sales, compare performance offer by offer. That is how you find out which condition actually sells, instead of guessing.

    If it didn't work

    • The customer bought through the wrong offer: review which checkout is wired to each page.
    • Sales are not split in the report: confirm these are separate offers, not coupons.
    • The offer does not appear: check that it is enabled — a disabled offer is not available for sale.
