How do I deliver a lead magnet and nurture the lead afterwards?
A lead magnet only works if three things happen without you: the lead receives the material, lands in your database identified, and starts receiving the sequence that follows.
Before you start
- Role: Owner, Admin or Editor.
- To deliver by email, set up your email domain first — without a verified sender, delivery is fragile.
- Every lead you capture counts towards your contact quota. See the limits and quotas reference (Portuguese).
1. Build the capture page
Create the funnel with the capture page and the thank-you page. Collect the details with a form.
Ask for the minimum. Every extra field lowers conversion, and you can enrich the contact later with Custom fields — see the custom fields reference (Portuguese).
2. Identify where the lead came from
Before you send traffic, make sure you will know which ad brought which lead: see UTMs and lead source.
3. Deliver the material automatically
Create an automation triggered by the capture that sends the material. If the lead magnet is hosted content, deliver it through the Members Area rather than as an attachment — that way you control access and can see who consumed it.
4. Tag and segment
Apply a tag identifying which lead magnet brought the lead in. Once you have several of them running, that tagging is what lets you speak differently to each group — see segment for campaigns.
5. Keep the conversation going
Delivery is the beginning, not the end. Chain on the nurture sequence described in email nurture sequence and decide which offer this lead should see next.

If it didn't work

- The contact does not appear in the database: check that the form is connected to the published funnel in Forms.
