  • How do I see everything a contact has done?

Before you talk to someone — to help them, chase a payment, make an offer — you need to know what has already happened. The contact profile pulls that together, but it only shows what you set up to be recorded in the first place.

    Before you start

    • Role: any role with access to Contacts. What each one can see varies — check the roles and permissions reference (Portuguese).

    What the profile brings together

    InformationWhere it comes from
Contact detailsThe capture form or an import
SourceUTMs captured at the moment of sign-up
Message historyConversations on your connected channels
    PurchasesOrders recorded in Sales
    OpportunitiesThe CRM pipeline
Custom fieldsWhatever you defined for your business

In the profile these appear as Contact Information, Conversation History, Purchases History, Activity History, Opportunities and Quizzes & Forms, with the captured UTMs shown alongside the contact's details.

    1. Make sure the source is recorded

Without UTMs set up on capture, the contact arrives with no source, and that gap cannot be filled in afterwards.

    2. Create the fields your business actually uses

What separates a good lead from a bad one is specific to your business. Model that as Custom fields rather than leaving it in a loose note — a structured field can become a segment; a note cannot.

    3. Connect the channels

Message history only exists for channels connected under Messaging. Conversations held outside the platform do not appear.

    4. Connect purchases and opportunities

Purchases appear when the sale goes through the Clickmax checkout. Deals in progress appear if they are recorded as an opportunity — see build your first pipeline.

    5. Use it in practice

Before reaching out to anyone, open the profile: where they came from, what they have received, what they have bought, what is still open. That is the difference between customer service and guesswork.

    If it didn't work

    • The contact has no source: the UTMs were not active when they came in.
    • Conversations are missing: the channel may not be connected, or your role limits what you can see.
    • The purchase does not appear: sales made through an external checkout are not recorded automatically.
