Launch with checkout and recovery
A launch that is ready to sell has three parts: the product with its offer, the checkout that takes the payment, and the automation that recovers whoever did not finish the purchase. This guide connects the three steps in the right order.
Before you start
- Creating a product, an offer and an automation: role of Owner, Admin or Editor. The restricted roles — Attendant and Guest — work only in the CRM and cannot create these items. The full matrix is in the roles and permissions reference (Portuguese).
- Complete the seller registration (KYC): only Owner or Finance can submit the banking details. The registration has to be approved before your first checkout goes live.
1. Create the product and the offer
In the Products hub, create the launch product and define the offer (price, payment type). For recurring billing, use create a subscription offer.
2. Complete the seller registration
Without a completed registration the checkout cannot process payments. Follow seller registration (KYC) and wait for approval before you promote anything.
3. Set up the offer's checkout
The checkout is generated from the product's offer. Adjust the payment details on the product itself — see Products. For launch discounts, create discount coupons.
4. Build the recovery automation
Create the automation that fires for anyone who started the checkout but did not pay. Follow create your first recovery automation and connect it to the abandoned-cart trigger.
