  • How do I deliver my course in the members area?

Delivery has to happen on its own. If every sale needs someone to release access by hand, the business does not scale and the customer's first experience is a wait.

    Before you start

    • Role: Owner, Admin or Editor.
    • How many members areas you can have is capped by your plan — see the limits and quotas reference (Portuguese).
    • Have the content ready, or at least the first module.

    1. Create the area

Follow build your first members area.

    2. Structure the content

Organise it into modules and lessons — see modules and lessons. A structure the student understands at first glance is worth more than one that is complete but confusing.

If the course is still being recorded, publish the first module and make the schedule for the rest clear.

This is the step that makes delivery automatic: the product you sell has to point at the content being released. The purchase is what grants the access — without that link, the sale goes through and the student never gets in.

Set the deliverable up in Products, under Deliveries and access.

    4. Decide what happens on purchase

On paying, the buyer needs to receive the confirmation, the address of the area and how to get in. Set up the Thank you page on the checkout and back it up with a welcome automation.

    5. Buy it yourself to test

Make a real test purchase and walk the student's path: payment, email, first sign-in, first lesson. Delivery faults only show up this way.

    6. Get ready for support

Even with everything set up correctly, people lose emails. Know how to send the access again: resend access.

    If it didn't work

    • The student paid and got no access: review the link between the product and the content.
    • The student gets in but sees no lessons: confirm which product releases that module.
    • You cannot create another area: you may have reached your plan limit.
